Arby's - Kansas

I don't know what it is with this location but they always seem to forget to put the full order in the bag at the drive thru. Can the managers please train their associates to go through all of the items on a customers order before sending it out. Us customers have already driven away before we realize that something is missing. The majority of us don't have the time to drive back to the location and get the items that are missing. Please and thank you.

One cashier at lunch. She was taking orders at counter, running orders outside, and handing orders at counter… Food was piling up from kitchen because she couldn't keep up.

Staff are clearly disorganized, leading to them being overwhelmed and unable to keep up with orders. Waited a while to receive my food, my order was wrong, had to wait more for it to be corrected. Staff yell and argue in front of customers. Food was okay once it was corrected.

So I live less than 3 minutes from this location the guys there have my orders ready before I get there 4 out of 5 times. The young ones can be moody but that's part of being young lol. Keep up the good work!

Usually not bad, but have had a few less than great meals. Today, my meat and cheese sandwich, the meat was hard on one side. Either left out to long or over cooked. Worth a stop if your hungry but Manhattan does have better options.
