Bidra med feedbackOpen the dining room. enough is enough. if they can open the drive thru, they can also have in the dining room. it's a shame we have to eat ours. it would be really nice to eat hot wendys. you have to do it better!
We wanted to eat, but unfortunately they were so understated that they had to close the dining room. we got Drive-Thru and the server was cheerful, but I could say that she was a bad customer away from a full remelting crying jag. she tried so hard. she was brilliant and I praise her and the others who worked on Friday afternoon.
I've been working in food customer service for four years. I had only one of the worst customer service experiences in my whole life. the dame that took my order was extremely rude and unacceptable. she was very crisp and short with me. I am very disappointed by the disregard. on the terrible customer service I waited 10 minutes in the line for my only 30 minutes lunch break so they told me that they were just cash. they had no signs, or I would not have left a third of my lunch break in the snake waiting for their extremely slow service.
To eat on a day. I couldn't feed in a few days later. but still showed that you could when we looked at it. I need to find some more wendys. we wanted the strawberry salad.
They allow you to order within their app but won 't let you to in to pick up or do curbside due to staffing issues . No one told us after waiting over 20 minutes in the curbside pickup for our food. When we called, a very rude manager told us that we 'd either have to pickup via drive-thru which now had 8 cars waiting, or cancel the order. When we wanted to cancel, she then said that since we paid in the app we 'd have to cancel it there but they put that we already picked the order up (we hadn 't) we ended up having to wait until the following Monday to call customer service to finally get a refund started. For fast food. What a joke.
