We stumbled upon such a great place! The food and beer were fantastic, and our server was excellent. Highly recommend this place! Food quality: 5/5.

The flatbread was delicious and they had a fantastic variety of beers to choose from. However, I was disappointed with the service. I attempted three times to order a second drink and the server tried to correct my approach. Despite politely saying "Please, can I get a refill?" he assumed I was being rude and took it as a signal to refill my glass, without waiting for my request. The first rule of service should be to never assume, rush to judgement, or be impolite to a customer.

Tasty pizza Flatbread. Nice selection of beers on tap. I will be back.

The two stout beer variations taste great, chicken wings are also good, other beers aren’t that good, but worth it to try.

A new favorite happy hour spot in the Waldo/Brookside area of Kansas City: Flying Horse Taproom. This spot offers happy hour Tuesday through Thursday from 4-6PM, 12-6PM on Friday, all day Sunday! I ordered $5 Wells and the $6 Pepperoni Flatbread for my happy hour options.The Flying Horse Taproom serves unbelievably delicious fun pizza flatbread options such as Jalapeño Popper, Korean Beef, Cubano, and more. I’d recommend also ordering the appetizer sampler which has all of the top appetizer sellers: cheese curds, boneless wings, fried pickles, and loaded tator tots. There are even specials on certain days besides appetizers including $8 flatbread on Tuesday’s.Looking for a spot to enjoy dinner drinks while playing bingo? Come here on Wednesday!The service was great and the atmosphere is fun clean.Add this a taproom to your KC bucket list!
