Taco Bell - Kansas City

Very terrible service. the light on the menu board in the drive through is broken so that they look closed. If you don't know exactly what you want to order, you can't see the menu. waited 10 minutes for my order, came home and realized that half of my order was missing. have 4 year old twins, so they cry, wonder why dad didn't get them to eat. they owe me money.

I placed an online order for an in-store pickup and their doors were locked. I waited in line for 10 minutes just to be meant with confusion. My online order wasn 't ready, they ran out of ingredients, and had no clue of what I ordered and PAID for due to their System being down. I 'm not angry, just intrigued. So I told them to keep the $20.35and drove off without receiving my order. Hopefully, that money can go towards fixing what 's broken.

The worst Tacobell in the city, LITERALLY! They hire nothing but ghetto people And are too lazy to stay open at the normal Hours that every other restaurant stays open. Also the food is usually low quality And the workers have an attitude I wish they will just fire everybody and hire better management

LOBBY CLOSED Drive thru took 45 minutes just to get to the window. 2 workers during lunch hour. Management needs to staff more and stop trying to save money on labor and food. 15+ customers pulled up and drove away, and I know I'm not coming back either.

I dont understand these restruants with flashing OPEN sings yet when you gonup to the doors they are locked. SO YOU OPEN OR CLOSED? If only the drive thru is open then for the LOVE OF TACOS put a LARGE sign o your door visible from the car to please use drive thru.Thanka
