Sonic Drive-in - Kansas City

Server girl was nice. Burritos were wrong again. Bad chili cheese fries.

I will give this sonic a single star because my food was hot by the time it got to me, I showed up at 11:57 and pushed the button…. “Hi give me just a second” 5 mins later I push the button again and no answer, so I waited. About 3-4 mins later she took my order (a slushee and cheddar peppers) by this time it’s 12:06. I got my order at 12:25. You guys need to get it together. The order was correct but the service is terrible.

While our car hop was nice, everything else about our experience was not great. we ordered our food with the sonic app and added our preferences to our eating there. Nevertheless I got a hot dog with cheese and ketchup when I had ordered one with ketchup, scab and swirl. the Tatorts were overdue and probably made in old oil. the food came without serviettes in the bag. select another one next time.

Workers are super nice but not once have they ever gotten my order right. I get the same thing every time. I butterfinger blast with CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM. Most of the time they ask me if they can just use chocolate syrup because they don't have chocolate icecream which is fine. But putting barley any syrup in it is not fine. And only mixing enough so that the top is chocolate but the rest is still vanilla is also not cool. That's usually how it goes. Except for today. I ordered the same thing and made sure to tell them chocolate icecream blended well. And after bringing me the wrong order at first they finally bring me my icecream and suprise suprise it doesn't have any chocolate in it at all. It is all vanilla baby. So honestly if you want your moneys worth just drive the few extra miles to dairy queen. This sounds like first world problems and it is but I've worked in fast food and I never messed up this much. I'm done cutting them slack. At this point it's just pure laziness and a lack of care.

Most of the order kiosks do not work, and many do not work with the debit/credit cards. Food is great but ordering process is a joke. They need better management there.
