Planet Sub South Plaza - Kansas City

Great tasting food, decently friendly service. This location was dead on a Saturday and we could see why. The location is filthy. It looked like nothing was clean. The worst part was at the drink station. There was a ton of mold and dust underneath it. We could smell it through our masks and we couldn't take off our masks because the smell makes you want to throw up and you could smell it throughout the building. We decided not to eat inside. Fast, fresh, and friendly. One of the best subs I've had

Every time I visit Planet Sub, I have a wonderful experience. For instance, today, a few friends and I went there for lunch. After we finished eating and were on our way out, one of the employees came outside to offer us to-go bags, even though we hadn't requested any. Overall, I highly recommend Planet Sub. I give it a 5 out of 5 and will definitely be back soon!

This restaurant is conveniently located near the plaza and close to the local library. It has a clean and well-maintained atmosphere, and it serves fresh food quickly. The sandwiches are fantastic, with a wide variety to choose from. Plus, children under 10 eat for free on specific days at select locations, so it's worth calling ahead to save some money. I highly recommend this spot!

This evening, I placed a to-go order for pickup with a scheduled time of 7:45. The website indicated that they closed at 8. However, when I arrived at 7:40, I found that they had closed 20 minutes early and had left my food on the sidewalk outside the door.
