Pizza Hut - Kansas City

Terrible customer service, called and said job was on the way, an hour later I called to cancel my order and was said to hold for manager and then was simply hanged. never again from them hope that they will be fired by companies and start fresh including manager.

They must have a type with a tug company. I have seen manager of pizza hut check the parking space and the tow must wait around the corner because it emerges immediately. they make a lot to drag. I saw how they dragged a vehicle parked on a place that was not marked as a pizza hut.

Eating was really good. came quickly and quickly delivered. thank you too! love the French fries too.

The last time I order with pizza hat. last time I ordered it took 2 hours after it pizza for delivery 3 hours overall and everything was cold as hell. now we are on this order for an hour after it declares the delivery. Two hours. I live 6 blocks from the situation and this is ridiculous!

I order a pizza at 830pm. I was informed a 1hr wait. No problem. At 10pm. I called to check the status of my delivery. I was told by a male staff, thT it would be going out next. At 1025pm. My order was canceled. When I called back it was explained there ayate.s were down. Well if my order was ready for next delivery why was it canceled. This PIZZA HUT. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
