Macarena's Mexican Food - Kansas City

Awesome trendy atmosphere!! We ordered burritos, chicken taquitos, puffy tacos, quest dip . Everything was amazing ! Delicious tasty meats! The plating of the meals was top notch!! The salsa was hot and fresh , very impressive ,and the verde sauce was a little milder which was great!! All the staff was so friendly and helpful! We most definitely will return and order many more delicious plates!

My gf and I both ordered large (ananconda) burritos. They're filling but not great on flavor. The Verde salsa was great but the guacamole was all about avocado and not really a sauce at all. We won't be back but the staff seems pretty friendly.

I don't know how I've never heard of this place but I'm so happy I stumbled upon them. The tacos are good, the burritos are big and good, the fajitas are good. I've been to this place multiple times within a week and haven't been disappointed yet. Give this place a try, as long as they don't slack on how they're doing things now you won't be disappointed.

This was our first time trying this place. I think I have found a new Hispanic restaurant. The Mexican pizza is so good. The beef chimichango is great as well.

We ate here twice and both visits were terrible. We ordered 6 puffy tacos, 3 beef and 3 chicken with no lettuce. Both visits we received all beef tacos. There was about a tablespoon of beef or chicken in each taco with very little cheese or pico de gallo. When we complained, we were given replacement tacos with the same amount of meat, cheese and pico de gallo plus lettuce.
