Kfc - Kansas City

My customer and homeboy was satisfied with his selection. I was happy about the preparation time...

I figured an hr after lunch everything should be nice and hot,no go...got a 3pc dark combo,Luke warm at best,mashed potatoes, no go...very disappointed also very hungry so I ate it which usually doesn't happen especially with me dining in,yep look at that leg in the box real good,I didn't even take a bite out of it yet that's how it came....

The absolute WORST KFC EVER! THE FOOD DRY HARD AND OLD. Going to get my money back! They need to close down!

Get plenty of napkins. The food at this location was extra greasy. Typical KFC taste but at some point it's not juicy it's greasy and takes away from the signature recipe. Not a fan of the cookies at all.

Word to the wize always check your order before you leave the window since the dining room is closed , quick service but found out half my order wasn't there after leaving then tried to rectify my situation and I still wasn't made whole detailing the money I had spentWhat our society is missing is professionalism from our past ?
