Ihop - Kansas City

No stars when I saw that we were coming and standing for a few minutes before we sit down. it was like we were a bad one. it was absolutely the worst experience we had in a great time. I have not, never return to this place. eating here was a total catastrophe and would not recommend it to anyone. we bought a few groups and let them go instead of back.

We stopped here early on a Sunday morning. I don’t expect much from an IHOP. This one was virtually empty and very well staffed. However, it took over an hour to get a simple breakfast. Over 20 min just to get seated and drink order. The mens bathroom sink was FILLED with vomit. Chewed eggs and chunks of sausage. It was absolutely disgusting. ? The food we ordered was AWFUL! The pancakes were both burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. How is that even possible? Do yourself a favor and DO NOT EAT HERE! Find another pancake place.

Waited over an hour to be seated and was served THE WORST MESSED UP FOOD. Not to mention the disgusting bathroom with brown stuff coming up in the sink with nasty water, trash full, toilet DIRTY, FLOOR WET, toilet paper all over

Jake was our server, one of our orders was to have 4 pieces of bacon (crispy) with strawberry pancakes. Was served 2 pieces of bacon not crispy and strawberry banana pancakes. Coffee was Luke warm took an hour . Informed Jake of the problem with no reduction of bill. NEVER again will we go there. This place should be closed down for good.

Service could have been a little more prompt, but staff was obviously short. Food was presented hot and accurate. All items were tasty and generous portions.
