Literally fall off the bone ribs! Very friendly service. Received our food promptly. Large ribs, huge bbq beef sandwich, great onion rings! Old home town atmosphere. You get more than enough for the pricing! This is going to be our must have place when we're in KC. Lovely place, just relax and enjoy the food! Great find!Parking: Plenty of spaces. Place was busy but there were a lot of take out orders. Not a really big parking lot but we had ample space and our pickKid-friendliness: Family friendly dining. kids menu, appetizers and a la carte options. Cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Great service!Wheelchair accessibility: Double door entry but not automatic. Plenty of room to move around the restaurant. Large women's restroom

This is our favorite place to get bbq in KC. The baked beans are the best baked beans we've ever had and negative reviews regardless if it's from a can what can was it then? It's always a treat eating and here and something we always look forward to. I look forward to eating here again in the future!

The Big Q has great food. It's about the only BBQ place we eat at. Service was very good and the people who work there are friendly!

THIS PLACE IS A DISGUSTING JOKE AND RIPOFF!We got an app of onion rings and I got burnt ends dinner with fries and beans. Wife got pulled pork with coleslaw and mac n cheese.Everything was super bland and like cafeteria food.The beans were clearly just opened from a can.The burnt ends were not burnt ends. It was baked brisket smothered in their lame bland sauce. It was literally dryer than my beef jerky snack the previous night.The pulled pork was not pulled pork. It was baked ham chopped up and smothered in their lame bland sauce. Disgusting. My wife boxed it up for the dogs.All the sides needed salt and flavor.They don’t have lemonade and we got zero refills the entire meal on our waters.The only items my entire family enjoyed were the onion rings and slices of white bread.We boxed our “burnt ends” and “pulled pork” to bring home to the dogs.I have no clue what people are leaving these high reviews. This is by far the most pathetic attempt at bbq I’ve ever had. It’s the only place I hated so much I felt obliged to leave an honest scathing review.They are blatantly lying what they are serving you and even so, it’s horrible.How is this place still open? We will definitely never go back.Avoid this place at all costs.
