Wendy's - Kannapolis

This location is pretty darn bad. The food is never right, but it's really the staff that makes you not want to eat here. From the store manager being rude, to their shift managers playing music on their phone at full volume, it makes for a pretty bad dining experience. The location up by Concord Mills is much better.

Was having issues with my mobile orderCourtney (unsure if I spelt it correctly) had me pull aside out of the drive thru and was very helpful and patient with helping me troubleshoot the problem with the App. Above and beyond customer service!

Dont go here!!! Teens at drive through are taking pictures of cards and trying to spend your money !!!!

Drive through at 9:40 p.m.,, no one said I’ll be with you shortly and when they finally responded they made me feel like I had done something wrong by waiting. Very unprofessional. I drove to another location and received much better service.

Cold food. Place needed to be cleaned up. Won't go there
