Sunshine's Asian Cuisine - Kannapolis

Sunhine's could not be a bigger place to eat Asian cuisine in Kannapolis! Over a weekend, we ate there three times and tried a lot of menu. Every dish was well executed and delicious. Prices are exceptionally affordable. The atmosphere is wonderful and the staff is very friendly. I don't often go to Kannapolis, but Sunshine is the only place I'll eat!

Great food, great staff, amazing owner! Since its opening has often been eaten here, the food is delicious and cooked every time to my spice preference. The owner, Sunshine, is an incredibly friendly person and definitely an important part of the reason why I return again and again, despite other Thai options in the Greater Charlotte! I just stopped asking a question about an ingredient in a Thai dish today that I will cook tomorrow. In the nature that applies to Thai hospitality, Sunshine went beyond my question and I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to them! Thailand is a very diverse country with many different styles of cooking and variations on even traditional dishes, so while the restaurant is not authentic to what is used, you are guaranteed a delicious meal here!

A place that really does justice to the name! The food is always so amazing and the staff / environment are wonderful!! This place can always bring sunshine to your day!

We ate dinner there and the food was delicious, the service was wonderful. My husband got the Japanese Grill with chicken and I got the Lomein noodles with chicken and both were excellent. The menu is very varied between Thai, Sushi, and Japanese food. This is award winning food as it was the winner of the People's Choice Restaurant in 2016. Next visit I'm going to try the Spring rolls and Sesame chicken. It's a little hard to find, but just a block off North Ridge Avenue close to the water tower.
