Bidra med feedbackIt is not fast and easy, ordered on the app got the message it was ready for pickup after 15 minutes. When in nothing on the rack, the bathroom came out, thought it was there, Nope. Asked about my order, said she didn't get any veggie pleasure sub order, elderly lady saw in a envelope, the order made my sub. Before I left, the bread was burned hard. I asked for a refund. They don't wear red pepper.
2 6 inch tuna subs, what I want, under $10. Jimmy johns 2 for $15.59. Jimmy was vaccinated while my sub was fresh and got the bread with the cheese. Metro
First, the sandwiches were pretty good. My only problem was people. They were very nice, but everything didn't seem so clean. I saw no one could wash their hands, just change gloves. A gall, had to deal with money and then simply put on gloves when it was finished; no hand wash before. I don't see how to put on gloves when you? will touch the outside of the gloves with dirty hands. Another thing, we saw the same girl that brings lid for cups to the front, drop a bunch of lids on the floor, and then take them up and put them with the rest. Overall, the experience was quite strange, I?d going to another subway next time.
Had a wonderful experience at Subway with my vegan sub. They had all my ingredients (including guacamole! , and the staff was superb--made my sub very neatly, evenly, and exactly as I requested. Very professional and courteous!
I visited this Subway today as it is my normal Subway that I visit several times a month. I typically get the really nice lady who works in the morning (she's an African American woman) or the two younger boys. They are always delightful and friendly. I was surprised today by the two woman working. They were frazzled and seemed in a rush and very dismissive. They were only accepting cash at the time, which was fine, but were very loud and short about it with customers. When it came time for my sub to be made and I had to stop the sandwich maker from adding a sauce I did not request and she also had to be reminded to add the other veggies she hadn't yet. She just, wasn't listening. I was saddened by this trip and will now only return when the other three employees are there. I managed a Subway myself in Jacksonville, NC so I know all about the business and really feel these two particular employees could use further customer service training. Otherwise my sandwich was delicious!
