Los Arcos Mexican - Kannapolis

After sitting for ten minutes with no one even acknowledging we were there we left and went to El Alamogordo and the service and for were excellent. Sorry Los Arcos we probably won’t be back.

This place is amazing And don't let your mom know that their chicken soup is better!!! ; Update: outside dining is amazing and the supreme burrito is the best!

Food was great and was large portions as usual. The service was definitely lacking. The server we had brushed us off while treating the table next to us like royalty. She forgot things multiple times, like the queso, which we eventually received but without jalapeños as we ordered it.

Let's start with the service. Yara was fantastic! They checked back often, served us in a timely manner, and their attitude made our overall experience positive. Now for the food. Everything was delicious. That was the best taco salad I've ever had. The Horchata was fresh, and the salsa had the perfect amount of spice. 10/10 recommend

Francis is our go to server ... she makes your dining experience so incredibly pleasant, such a sweet lady. I can't rave enough about the food either, always full of flavor, plentiful portions, just a FANTASTIC overall experience as always
