Bidra med feedbackWorst experience by far! Went to grab some food with my husband and kids and go to order. First off the lady that took my order was really rude. We ordered 2 kids meals. 2 adult sandwiches As I go to put my card in the machine to pay she then tells me I can’t get kids meals it’s “inactive “ I myself am an assistant store manager at a restaurant I was highly disappointed in tonight’s customer service. Needless to say we weren’t spoken to kindly at all! There were 4 people on the grill and only the one lady taking orders. A few mins after we completed our order we were waiting on it there was a young lady to go order and she was paying cash the rude lady told her “I ain’t got no change for that” treated her rude too. I get everyone is needing help and need employees but the experience i had today makes me not want to return. You guys have awesome food but people come back because of the customer service! Work of your team how important it is about customer service skills!
I would expect a cheesesteak to be cooked on a grill which they don't have. Did have friendly staff. Needed to ask to gave table wiped off. They weren't busy at the time.
Agree with other reviews, this place is nasty!! 5 Employees standing around, food crumbs on every table, drink machine is disgusting. Heard at least 3 fbombs from employees. What happened to this place? Explains low sanitation score!
I placed an online order for two subs. Shortly after, I received a phone call from an employee who claimed they no longer had one of the sandwiches (even though it’s still on the website menu) and that they couldn’t refund my money. She said all she could do was replace the sub with another and that if I wanted a refund I had to call the corporate number in Florida. Once I called that number, they said they couldn’t refund me either, that the store had to do it themselves. More than a week later now and I still haven’t been refunded. Their food is good but I’d recommend going somewhere else for online ordering.
We were overcharged on our subs ordered a small sub and was charged for a med sub then we were charged for two combos on the same order, they ran out of sweet tea, the soda machine was out of all types of soda had to wait for them to fix the machine and were almost finished with our meal before they fixed the soda machine. Didn't realize they overcharged us until we got home and they already closed. The was the first time we tried Firehouse Subs. Didn't seem concerned that they were out of sweet tea when I asked if they had any they said there should be some there when I stated there wasn't any there! I thought the customer was supposed to be happy.
