Thai Food Express One - Kaneohe

Pad thai was unbelievable... has swung more soya than peanut. And the noodles were delicious. Coconut shrimps were right on the money. Chopped beef warns great. Wasn't bad... it's worth not getting. And the pineapple was dee-lish-us. Oh and the Thai and shrimp trucks are owned by the same people so you can order both menus from a truck!

Nice place to have good Thai food. Food was good and the location next to the food truck is really amazing view. Ordered food and sat in our car and we enjoyed the food watching the lake and the mountains.

The shrimp pad Thai and feather rolls should die here! The shrimps were enormous and sooo good. I definitely couldn't finish a whole duck alone. If you have space to order a coconut, I would recommend this. The coke water was so refreshing and the owner cut the coconut as soon as we finished the water. It was honestly the best fresh coconut I ever had, the texture was buttery and literally melted in my mouth. This is a cash only space, but the convenient store next door has a cash machine. Such a random food truck finds during driving on the island and is worth the stop.

My favorite food truck on the island that makes my favorite Thai food! Seriously, everything's delicious. The owners are also super nice and welcoming!

Some of the best Thai food I've had on island, and from a food truck! Tried the red curry medium spice. The broth was savory and flavorful, and also packed a nice kick. Plenty of chicken and veggies to complement the dish.
