I wish I could take a picture of my receipt 18.79 for a footlong turkey Cali club no extra toppings. Wow!!!

They have a sign that says change any 6” to a salad with a dollar sign and no price. So I ordered a salad and got charged $17. Keep in mind they don’t put anything extra inside. You pay $8 extra for no bread and for them to put the 6” ingredients in a bowl. This is ridiculous. Ruby Tuesdays all you can eat salad bar is cheaper. Also windward mall subway don’t charge extra just temple valley and kbay shopping center. Same owners I thinkDietary restrictions: Salad

I really want to support local businesses but I cannot go back to this Subway. When I was driving off, something didn't sit right and something told me to look at my receipt. I looked at the receipt and the young man who helped me, tacked on a 18% tip. He didn't ask if I wanted to leave a tip. The credit card machine didn't give me the option either. But sure enough, there was an extra $2.03 added to my bill (see pic)I get it, everyone needs to make money but this is not the way to do it or to retain customers. Did I drive back? For that amount, no. Not worth my time. But I hope the owner of this franchise sees this and takes the time to educate the young man on what he should or shouldn't be doing because he is gonna lose customers if this keeps up. He just lost this one

I love this Subway! The veggies are fresh Sandwiches are fully loaded and when I order off the app, it's always ready for me when I go to pick it up. This place can get really busy around lunch time so the app is crucial. You skip the line... in and out!

I 've experienced nothing but GREAT customer service at this location! Always friendly, I 'll order by app and its always ready for me when I arrive. They have a convenient pick up spot, so you don 't have to wait in line as this location pumps @times. Sandwiches are always LOADED!
