Panda Express

Located by Safeway, this Panda Express has been renovated and looks clean. However, very poor service. Do not make an online order, just come in and make an order!I like Panda Express but I came in on a Thursday at 7:00pm when my order was suppose to be ready and it is not.... I've been waiting for 20 minutes and there's at least a dozen people waiting for their online order. There's only 3 people ordering in line and the whole place is packed waiting for their takeout online order. I wonder why the system is so bad... I just ordered a chili crisp shrimp bowl. The manager finally came to me 25 minutes later and asked for my order and got it right away. The crispy shrimp bowl was tasty but poor other people waiting..

Always nice staff, clean restaurant, and good food.

Just stopped caring or making any food an hour before closing. Literally whatever scraps are left is what's available. Corporate, please investigate.

Very nice customer service! They usually give a great amount of food in my plates, however the food were sometimes not the greatest.
