Ramen Uguisu - kanazawa

I had the best rams in japan so far! such a light brew at the same time incredibly rich and fragrant. a spice and pork cooked to perfection. Welcome cook and English menu. small and cozy. very popular, kind of sitting, eating and going deal. are they ready to wait for a seat. the best for serious ramen grooms, singles, couples or small groups.

The chicken and sea food broth ramen is amazing. All the toppings and meats are cooked to perfection (except the egg, which I once found overcooked for my likings). I couldn't find better ramen than this ib Kanazawa. Also the chef moves and plates as a true pro chef.

Delicious, close to hotels, unexpensive, very friendly and english menu. Great noodle place!

The soup of special chuka soba was taste so good ,and 3 kinds of chashu also very delicious .I love it and will be back.

We had the soy based one and the chicken and seafood ramen. Can’t recommend the soy ramen enough had amazing layers of complexity and nuances of flavour. Enjoyed the seafood one too but felt the flavour was too homogenous, just the one flavour no hints of distinct ingredients. All up it’s an amazing place worth a visit. A one man show, the service and food are highly enjoyable.
