Air Wings

Good restaurant serving good food. It's a only veg restaurant. Best part is it's ambience which makes one feel sitting inside a plane. Wish sitting capacity was more and the service was little more quick.

Very fast and courteous service (we were a group of 4 who reached by 8:30 for dinner) . Very decent food for the price!

Well located quite close to the Guwahati airport. This place give a feel of sitting in a flight and eating before boarding your flight itself. White decor and ambeince with nice white couches and windows wall art are all good to see.<br/ Well a lady hostess with a smiling face came to our table with menu and we ordered for<br/ Aloo paratha with curd<br/ Rice<br/ Yellow dal<br/ Mix veg<br/ Masala kulcha<br/ Chocolate milk shake<br/ <br/ It took good 20 minutes or even more than that to get the food ordered. But yes the wait was worth while. Aloo paratha was amazing served a bowl of fresh curd . They missed serving pickle and should add this from now .<br/ Rice ,dal ans mix veg were really good and served portions for two.<br/ Masala kulcha was also great .<br/ They can also serve some mint chutney along with onions while serving North Indian food.<br/ There were two pretty ladies working in the place and their uniforms was also looked pretty . Keep smiling girls.<br/ <br/ Also to mention the staff resting place or cafeteria whatever u can call doesn't had any doors or even curtain and another room attached to it where i saw some garbage bins was also open.<br/ I request management to kindly cover the place for the benefit of team workng their and also their ambience. Could not take pictures since we were in a hurry to go to airport .<br/ Good work with the food and ambience but need to put more staff and train them ,since for everything we needed we had to wait for the lady who took our order since there were not many people .<br/ I would like to add that a lady warring casual dress ,whom we met during our billing was like stressed out and no means of smile on her face . Seems like she was an owner of the property but she didn't had any sense of hospitality on her.<br/ She was very casual and was making faces and didn't even thank us once throughout . That's rude and need to change if u really want any customer to comback.!!

I was quite skeptical about the place since zomato has less reviews but I was in for a shock as the food was very good. Hygiene was good too, toilets were clean.I supposed they read their reviews and try to improve themselves seriously. Overall had a great lunch here. Close to airport too which is its USP aside pure veg.

This veg aeroplane-themed restaurant is part of the Treebo Trends Hotel Rudraksh located only a kilometre from Guwahati airport. Since we'd stayed at the hotel for a night the day before our departure to Kolkata our only option had been Air Wings as the place is located miles away from the main city.<br/ <br/ We'd had the MIXED VEG PAKODA, PLAIN DOSA and MASALA DOSA at the restaurant itself.<br/ The pakodas had been excellent to taste, served hot and crispy, but the dosas had been utterly disappointing, the sambhar appearing like a bland dal while the chutneys had been quite tasteless.<br/ <br/ We'd taken the ALOO MATAR GOBI and TAWA ROTI for dinner via room service.<br/ The ALOO MATAR GOBI or mixture of fried potatoes, peas and cauliflowers cooked in a thick tomato gravy had been extremely delicious, the rotis had also been soft and tearable, all accompanied with a plate of fresh-cut salad.<br/ <br/ Except the dosas all other items had been good enough to taste.<br/ Staff behaviour had been polite. Service had also been more or less good.<br/ <br/ Air Wings had provided a notable ending to our trip to Guwahati as far as good food and comfortable eating experiences are concerned. : <br/
