Tim Hortons - Kamloops

The lady at the desk was not cooperative and friendly at all. The order was wrong. I asked for no bacon, and there was bacon in the Farmers rap. When I asked them to change it she wanted me to charge again.

I typically stop at this restaurant on my way to work and usually receive quick service. However, today the server was not as attentive and forgot to include my doughnut in my order, as well as got my coffee order wrong. While it wasn't a major issue, considering the high cost of food nowadays, I was somewhat disappointed.

Stopped at lots of Timmies with our hockey team. To simplify and speed up we always pay one bill. This location was terrible. Took over 45 minutes for our food to come out and several mistakes made. No apologies from staff for ridiculous time and wrong items.

The staff was very nice and I got what I wanted! I would recommend this place ??

I stop by here before work every morning for the past year.It’s the only Tim Hortons that is consistent enough to stir my coffee. Staff are always kind.If you’re receiving anything other then kindness, it’s likely your fault IMO. ??‍
