Subway - Kamloops

I normally go to other subways in town but every time I come to the one on summit I regret it. The food was not the greatest quality and the place is gross. My main issue is that every single time I come to this exact subway in town there is always people that don’t work there or atleast not in uniform constantly behind the counter talking to the workers or by the the counter distracting the workers in uniform from the actual customers in line waiting to order. The customers waiting to order get ignored and then when finally they get to order they are rushed through the process to just end up with bad quality food. I hate having to say all of this considering I love subway and love my main ones down on the north shore but that’s why I need to mention this one is easily the worst subway in Kamloops. I understand having friends visit you at work is fun and I enjoy it too but the workers are constantly distracted and very loud shouting and all.

Pretty standard fast food franchise. Pretty sure it's 2nd only to McDonald's thus fairly similar regardless of which preticluar part of the chain you visit.Vegetarian options: Plenty just don't get meat be a fairly boring sub I would imagine however possibly they are doing something with portobello mushrooms I'm unaware of.Parking: Share a fairly small lot with several other business's. That said there is a very large parking lot just across the street.

But the wrong meat and sauce in my wrap. Didn’t notice till I got home as I was ordering multiple items.

It was an absolute struggle to get ketchup for our fries, the manager seemed reluctant to even give me any. There were no self serve drink center, condiments or napkins. I asked for a refill for my daughter's fountain drink, the manager said sorry we don't do that without any kindness. Overall, the customer service was one of the worst I've ever had.

The place could be a lot cleaner than it is. You can tell they only do surface cleaning.
