I had a hilarious experience at this restaurant and I will definitely return. It's a local joint that offers a mix of Mexican and Italian cuisine. While the food isn't mind-blowing, the portions are generous and the service is excellent. The average price per meal falls between $10 and $20.

This is hands down the best Mexican food I have ever tasted! I have tried many Mexican restaurants and this one truly stands out. From the fresh and delicious ingredients in the soft tacos to the perfectly made salsa and caramelized meats, everything is top-notch. This restaurant takes pride in their food in a city where authentic Mexican cuisine is hard to come by. If you are in Kamloops, you must give this place a try. I have been returning for the last 20 years and will continue to do so. The older Frog Restaurant is unique and cannot be duplicated because it is made with love. Don't just take my word for it, try it yourself and you will become a believer.

Quick stop along the way for lunch. It's better than taco bell but don't expect authentic Mexican either. This is American style Mexican that served a good lunch. Service was quick and my order was right so I can't complain for fast food.

They have so many vegetarian options, I really liked their appetizers. ambiance of the restaurant is also interesting.

This was my first time here. I loved their food and was surprised at how much food I got for my money. The only thing I wasn't to keen on was their refried beans, but that might be because mine are better.
