McDonald's - Kamloops

Twice in two weeks I have ordered spicy mcnuggets in the drive thru and received the regular mcnuggets instead. Zero attention to detail at this location.

This location is great always busy and the staff is always able to help even on busy times.Its also great place to have children they have the wonderful and safe playarea that's all enclosed to make for a safe place for your kids to play while you visit and eat. Mcdonalds has all over become an awesome family place and the menu is so advanced now it's not just cheeseburgers and fries anymore even though the cheeseburger is still pretty yummy and affordable.. a .great location, great friendly staff and always a clean environment.

Ordered 2 cheese burger meals with no cheese and add bacon. Lactose intolerant. 2 had cheese. Waited to get the 2 burgers fixed. Got them and drove home. No bacon on my 2 fixed burgers. Called 4x till the phone hung up from 620->634. Didnt answer. They took my $4 I spent on the bacon. Monsters.

Probably the worst experience and worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I took my son there after soccer practice. I have never eaten inside of this McDonald's. They were closing off the back half of the restaurant and you could not come in the back door. I had to walk all the way around with my 10 year old son in amongst a dozen or so homeless people actively shooting drugs. We then ordered and were overcharged for our food. My son went into the McDonald's play place and the manager came in and told him exact words you have to get out we're closing the Playland. Our food came it was slapped together and falling apart. After eating we went to use the washroom and we're told that the bathroom closes after 7:00. I explained that my 10-year-old son needed to use the washroom and we needed to wash up after eating. The manager didn't seem to care and told me once again that the bathroom was closed. The whole restaurant was full of homeless people this McDonald's if it wants to continue to operate should really look at hiring security guards

Ordered three 10 packs of chicken nuggets through Uber eats when I do not receive my sauces and called to inquire not once was I issued an apology. I was called a liar because ether manager said she packed the bag. Then was just told it's a Uber Eats issue. Uber eats doesn't pack the food they deliver it. At least say your sorry.
