Bidra med feedbackHad a lovely vegan lunch here during golden week! You have to wait a little bit (less than 30 mins) for your food but that’s because it’s freshly prepared.
Unfortunately, the place could not live up to the expectations. I should’ve checked google reviews sooner to find out that it has indeed a relatively lower score than other places. The price is steep and the volume is low. Besides, it takes a reaaaaally long time for the single owner to prepare everything. It’s not efficient and the food is not special. Not worth the price at least. Sadly the other vegan place was closed on Sunday but maybe check happy cow for other options in Kamakura because this ain’t it.
My absolute favorite restaurant in Kanagawa and definitely the best vegan restaurant. The burger is my favorite. It 's always a little different. The macro plate is really good too and so are the desserts. It 's a small restaurant with only 1 staff working at anytime, so you need to be patient. Don 't come here if you 're in a rush. The atmosphere is very friendly, quiet, and relaxing. It 's just down the road from the Daibutsu.
I was greeted and welcomed at the door. This is cute place and has nice energy. With blues playing in the background I felt relaxed and enjoyed my time even more. The cook was willing to explain the menu and was open to a modification that I had. I visited during breakfast and had the Veggie Baguette. It was delicious! I wish it was a bit bigger, but it was filling. Doesn't have dessert right now but may have pie in the future
Wonderful! The shop is located near some of main sightseeing spots in Kamakura, yet nicely hidden in a quiete neighborhood. The interiors gives a feel of natural and simplicity. All food taste good with a special mention for their muffin which seems coming directly from the heaven. Staff is extremely nice, polite and friendly. You won't miss this place.
