Winchell's Donut House - Feedback

I love this location, great customer service, short lines. 6AM and there is no line, maybe one or two customers.

I had a problem with an item during my transaction at winchells and the employees were not attentive and claimed to not speak English I believe management needs...

Tasty fresh donuts, and hot coffee always ready and open. Quick snack, I choose Winchell's cake donuts.

This place is good, employees are friendly but I hate the fact that the company doesn’t allow them get tips threatening employees to get fired.

Customer service was slow and didn't give me all the condiments I asked for .
