The food is very good but very bad staff does not serve customers as they should

THERE ARE A LOT OF NEW WORKERS AND THEY ARE PLAYING. I was waiting 40 minutes for a burger and fries PEOPLE CAME AFTER ME GOT THEIR FOOD FIRST! I WENT UP TWICE TO GET MY ORDER AND THEY SAID IT WAS IN PROCESS. CHANGE PERSONNEL.

Delicious food, it's just a bit difficult to find parking.

I came to visit New York and I didn't hesitate to go to Pollo Campero and I really didn't like it. First of all, they don't identify as Guatemalans. Terrible atmosphere. Too bad customer service. They give a Mexican sauce and I don't see anything from Guatemala. I prefer to eat at other chicken restaurants.

A terrible place, supposedly a Guatemalan restaurant chain, but it has nothing from Guatemala, the flavor does not compare to the original, terrible service and they put a Mexican sauce that has nothing to do with the culture where the restaurant comes from, it is preferable to eat on the street with people from our country Guatemala and not in these restaurants that supposedly come from Guatemala but nothing to see and they play music in English you visit ready places to remember our culture but you go in and listen to music in English I think it is a frustrating thing to do this restaurant and not see anything of Guatemala
