I would not recommend teen night. It is very expensive. although the police supervised things outside, the teens were nervous about the drinks snuck in and shoved in the bathroom toilettes. They were also nervous about the size of the crowd in a small space. The dance floor was crowded and small.

This was our first visit since the change of hands, wish we came sooner. Good choice of appetizers we had the coconut shrimp and the fried zucchini both very good. The Fisherman's Platter special was fresh and an excellent choice. The service was timely and attentive, Erin provided good recommendations and made sure we didn't go thirsty. And, the bartender has a good hand! Definitely will return.

Visited the Marlin Restaurant on my last visit to LBI. Food and service was great! The staff was very attentive and took care of us right away. It does get crowded in season so try to get there a little earlier to get a table because the place fills up quickly. I had the crab ravioli with vodka sauce. Yum Yum!!

It is not really about the food here. Order your favorite cocktail and relax. The location near Centre Street can't be beat.

My family and I had dinner at the Marlin and we were pleasantly surprised! This restaurant doesn't have fabulous reviews on TripAdvisor which is a shame because our experience was very pleasant. We walked in without a reservation between 6-6:30 pm which is already prime-time dinner time and we were seated within 10 minutes. Our waitress was very nice and the food was delicious! We ordered our appetizers and entrees and they both came out at reasonable times leaving space between each course. Food was fresh and flavorful too. The atmosphere of the Marlin is casual so you don't have to be dressed up. Prices of the food are affordable and portion size are good as well. It's a classic down the shore eatery with a nautical beach vibe and a big bar scene but not too loud and is very family-oriented. This wonderful place is located in the heart of Beach Haven on LBI and is ideal for lunch and dinner alike. They also have happy hour specials on weekdays. I definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a casual dinner with great food and great service on LBI!
