Carl's Jr. - Kalkbaai iNingizimu Afrika

I often have trouble ordering a vegetarian burger at different restaurants as many employees are not aware of the specific name for it. I have to find the name on the menu myself and then order it. This seems to be a common issue with young employees everywhere, not just at Carl's Jr. It's frustrating when employees don't know they serve meatless options, even when the burger is clearly listed on the menu board. During my recent visit, a disruptive individual made the dining experience stressful by being loud and disruptive. This was not the fault of Carl's Jr.

The customer service at the drive-thru was excellent and fast. Although I don't typically eat at Carl's Jr, I have to say, their food tasted fresh and enjoyable!
