I love this place. I loved their Sunset location, but it got too crowded and I was never able to find a seat. This location is more spacious and open. There are enough outlets if you need to camp out. The service is top notch as always, and their lavender jasmine tea latte is delicious! Parking is metered, but there are plenty available on a weekday (I don't know about weekends).

Most delicious tea downtown. High quality ingredients! Taste is vibrant, flavorful and naturally sweet. My 3yo loves it with ice.

One of my favorite wine spots. Great for a date or girl's night. only downside is that weekends get crowded and seating is very limited. Other than that, the service is friendly and they really help you pick out a great wine or beer.
