We were so excited to find vegan food at the mothman festivals in west virginia. the island noodles food truck is wok fired soba noodles with two options huh and vegan, $8.00 that was enough to fill two people. that was a delicious, fast meal with many sweets. the withdrawal boxes were compostable. when they go to a festival, check and see if island noodles is there.

I was at the arizona aloha festival last weekend and honestly had no hope to eat something vegan. I walked through the island noodles, looked (vegan) and was like that!
