Sushi Regar - Kaliningrad

If you're craving sushi late at night, your options are limited. The reliable Sushi Lyubov closes at 11 PM, and there’s a 30-minute wait for your order. Sushi Regar, on the other hand, is slightly more accommodating, staying open for an hour longer with just a 10-minute wait. However, this small advantage comes with a big disappointment. After a brief wait, you’ll receive a pound of warm rice, despite having ordered a set that typically includes cold sushi with a few cucumbers and cream cheese. Instead, you'll find lumps of something with an indeterminate taste, which has replaced the eel, and there won’t even be a hint of chicken. All of this will be generously drenched in various types of mayonnaise. The wasabi is plentiful, which is nice, but it’s bland, which is not. For 650, you can expect a portion of warm rice paired with soy sauce and pickled ginger. The staff are generally polite, but that does little to make up for the disappointment. I do not recommend it!

The dish with sesame seeds has a unique taste that combines the flavor of sesame, but also offers something different. The vegetable wok is quite tasty as well.

Everything is prepared quickly and tastes great. The noodles are good, and there's chuka salad available. However, I've noticed that after some time since their opening, there seems to be a decline in the number of fans coming from the fan zone. The last time I had the noodles was at the end of June 2018, and it was terrible—more like pasta than noodles.

Разочарована. Начинки в роллах практически нет. Один сплошной рис.
