KFC - Kaleen

I have visited this restaurant twice in the last 6 months and both times I experienced poor service, dirty dining areas, and cold food. One would expect KFC to uphold certain standards, but this particular location failed to do so. Despite visiting months apart, my experiences were consistent. I took the time to file an online complaint and received no response after a month, indicating a lack of care on their part. There are plenty of other dining options in Gungahlin City Center, so there is no need to settle for cold food. It's not difficult to serve hot chips and burgers, so customers should take their business elsewhere.

Gungahlin kfc is my usual load (because I'm time poor) and I'm visiting him after a busy working day. I usually order a 3 piece food (3 origional recipe, drink, roll, chips kartoffel and gravy) for $11,95 but on my last visit. I decided to do without the sides and get only the boom and chips. 4 pieces ordered and when it was time to pay, I was asked for $16.95 $5 more than a 3 piece food! When I asked, I was told that the order was correct. how do I leave the drink, the roll and the kartoffel and the gravy then calculate $5 for one extra piece? Of course, I cancelled my order at the place and especially for my usual for $11,95 c 'mon kfc. either their price structure is all kinds of wrong or their young employees make a mistake somewhere. And on one side they note that a spoon, a twette and a paper towel should be mandatory for all relevant T/A mealtimes....not only a hit and hoping approach.

I live in gungahlin. I tried to buy from this kfc, hoping that every time a change. also in the renovation it is still as cramped as ever. they get the order wrong almost every time and forget so much. how are they still. breaking disgusting. will never order from them again, I have enough.

Both franchises are performed by 15 yos with very bad workout! what else to say. eating is bad service corresponds to eating!

Lazy staff. Chicken over cooked. Items not complete. No napkins provided in the order. And at the top food was not fresh.
