Wendy's - Kalamazoo

The tables were not cleaned, the personal was loud. the person who took the order went back and treated our eating without washing hands. a personal was in the food preparation zone

I didn't take care of myself and my partner anymore. they had completely forgotten our order when we were the only ones who came in. not on the look for a clean table to eat, there is no. I wanted to ask for sauce (again because I didn't get it for the first time) and waited for the cash back. his handy ranked on the table sat through the register. he came back to check his phone right in front of me, and did not make any recognition that I was standing there. I have quite low standards when it comes to almost food facilities, but this was quite disappointing.

Just curious if management has any idea what happens at this restaurant late at night?? The restaurant is lit up like a Christmas tree, including drive thru. I can see people moving around inside, and yet car after car after car are not being responded to or having their orders taken in the drive thru. It is 10:50pm and I have watched at least 35 cars pull up within the last 30 minutes to order and then leave because they were not waited on. Man! They are losing so much money because of lazy staff. Website says the drive thru is open until midnight. It isn’t.

Morning shift is the best. Evenings..... terrible. There are only like two really sweet men. The rest are incredibly rude.

We stopped here as we were traveling and it was the worst experience. There was trash everywhere, something spilled all over the floor, they were out of a lot of items, and had terrible service. It took forever to get our food and we watched as the woman putting the orders together clearly had no idea what she was doing and at one point told us she was confused. She asked us if we had the jr. cheeseburgers, we told her no, she proceeded to make up an order of jr. cheeseburgers and give them to us. An order was sitting on the counter for awhile and after no one came to get it she put the food back to give to other people after it was sitting cold with flys all over it. It appeared there was one guy who was running everything and everyone else was useless. Finally he got our food for us but it was cold by the time we got it after the woman had let it sit for so long in the pile of food on the counter. She also only had one glove on and was continually touching the food with her hand. This place should be shut down.
