Buffalo Wild Wings - Kalamazoo

Update:They gave us some rewards program points that would equal a free side or dessert. Would have preferred some of my money back, but this is reasonable. I updated my rating to reflect my overall experiences (now three stars versus one star).Original:Ordered to-go and when I got home there were no fries in one of my boneless wing bundles and some of the wings didn't have sauce on them. Tried to call back to report the issue and no one is picking up the phone. It just keeps ringing. Will improve my rating if they make this right.

I stopped in to try the new Mountain Dew exclusive at BWW. The soda was excellent, and the bar tender was friendly. I tried a chicken sandwich there for the first time, and was pleasantly surprised. It was hand breaded, thick and juicy. I like this sandwich much more than their over-rated wings. I'll order the sandwich next time I come in.

Not coming back. Dirty, staff does what they want, bartender wasn’t inside like 25 minutes and gone AGAIN……. Some staff seem to be good most seem to have been at a party of some kind and carrying kids around. Complete mad house. Food wasn’t bad tho!

People should be made aware when ordering take out online that their food is considered low priority and will NEVER be ready on time. Order was placed at 5:30 said it would be ready at 6:10 and it was not brought out to me until 6:30. What is the point of placing an order online if you still have to wait another 20 minutes in store?
