Bimbo's Pizza - Kalamazoo

Terrific thin crust pizza. We always get a 1/2 sausage and 1/2 peperoni.

Bimbo's has a unique pizza I've never found elsewhere. Their sauce and crust are my favorite ever: thin but chewy crust and a robust tomato sauce that you can truly enjoy the flavor of without an abundance of herbs like other shops.I grew up going here, as did my parents. I stop by every time I'm back in Kalamazoo visiting friends and family. It's just not the same, I fear. I feel like the pizza quality has changed enough that it's noticeable. It's still good, but the last several times I've gotten it, it's been cut poorly and there's plenty of pieces that have little toppings. Ordering extra sauce on the pizza doesn't feel like extra like years before.Don't plan a later dinner here either, they close at 9pm on Friday and Saturdays ?

We always have take-out. Don't forget your frozen pizza to cook at home another day!!! They do it right here. Every time. Parking: I can usually find parking right out front. If not there are designated spots across the street. Traffic is heavy at rush hour. A loop around the block and a spot opens up.

What a neat little place! Staff is very friendly and fun to talk
