Eutopia Cafe - Kaiwaka

I waited for a coffee on a Sunday afternoon at this restaurant. The building was beautiful and the music playing was great. However, the greeting from the lady behind the counter was extremely unfriendly. It made me feel like we were imposing. Overall, the atmosphere felt off.

I had a huge and delicious vegan burger. It was not just any burger, but it was made with a homemade legume patty.

Unique architecture with few Vegan choices available. Our pizza was overlooked and no apology was given. The employee's response when brought to their attention was dismissive. However, the manager did step in and apologize, leading to an updated review. The staff seemed overwhelmed during peak hours. Revised rating as of February 5, 2022.

This place is like a walk into another world. Nice! And the vegan mushroom pizza and vegan fried mushrooms are delicious.

Cruising through Kaiwaka we saw this funky cafe stopped to check out the building. Didn't realise it was on the Cow and when we saw the good looking falafel salad wraps, stayed for lunch. They were good...fresh with good flavour. A few plant based menu and cabinet options here. Savoury and sweet. Vegan cheese is an option on the Pizza menu which is cool. Worth a look and a photo or two. Unusual cool.
