The Shack Kailua

Aloha, had a fantastic early (0700) Football Sunday. Excellent service, food, coffee beer. The many Teams playing had a great crowd rooting for their Teams. Although my Team lost by 1 point, I still had an awesome time...Kudos, Mahalo GO PACK GO!!!

Food came over cooked and cold. Service: Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

The service was painfully slow and the staff was a little flying, but thankfully accurate. It took about 30-45min, just to order and then 1 hour to get the food. Tables and chairs were a bit sticky, but I think it's the cleaner they use because it doesn't look dirty. Not overly impressed, but gives 3 stars to the fact that the food was decent and hot when it came out. Probably not come back.

The Shack was great! There was no waiting when we arrived and sat on the outside terrace (sun shaded) and were served by Shaunny. She was excellent! Super fun and welcoming. The restaurant is known for its burgers, so we gave everyone a try. Absolutely not disappointed! I recommend The Shack for your next burger on Oahu.

The steak was not cooked as well as I asked, nor there was any taste. The rice wasn't very good, but it wasn't bad. The salad was great in the other hand. My buddy got Burger and Pommes and said it was good. The frits taste very good. For this price would I do that? ve away anywhere else because the quality of food was simple? not there unfortunately. The servers were good and the atmosphere was very friendly and open.
