Here in a mood. We had her Kalua Pig Cabbage and Fish Tacos. The Fish Tacos at Lava Bowls are the best we ever had! We live in Southern California, where fish tacos are attacked. This place will never be satisfied with the Tacos in Southern California. We'll eat here before we leave the island.

Yesterday at Kona Fair, Lava Bowls Hawaiian Food Truck, was set up by tables for everyone to sit. They had three choices of plates available, I chose the beef luau plate. Horrible, not even taro leaf, was another kind of green (c'mon Hawaiian). Had some meat in it, but was hard to find it in the plate and was even harder to try it. No love in food. Never taste like a Hawaiian even had a hand in making this dishes. Don't waste loans, spend your fun pass credits on another food truck.

I love her fish tacos...n the fish taco salad right now....best I still had!
