Bidra med feedbackFood was not good and overpriced. Everything was over cooked. Very disappointed in the experience. Made reservations to sit outside, hostess took us outside. It was so dark we had to use our phone flashlights to read the menu....no candle or light by the table. We moved inside.
More beautiful place to eat when they are the resort. nothing extraordinary, but eating was good.
We had a reservation for a Friday night and until 18:30 they were from the Ahi dinner. we were not registered until after our order. we have also shaken and changed our appetizers, but there has never been an excuse or a proposed alternative. over all the servers were sufficient, but never seemed to go out of their way to offer or check refills and see how the meal was. for the type of food and menus the price was a little much. we liked the breakfast staff and options much better than dinner. service poolside for tacos and drinks as well as price is a better option.
We arrived and they could not find our reservation we made through open table. Luckily there was no wait. Our server was a little awkward/goofy but nice. The view was beautiful at sunset, but the food was very disappointing. We ordered the Hulu Hulu chicken, macadamia nut Mahi, shrimp tacos, and Kalbi short ribs( very fatty) all served with white rice, except the tacos. All pretty pricey and bland. It was my birthday and we also sampled the complimentary flourless chocolate cake. That was the saddest thing ever. The kids even passed on sharing it, tasted like a cliff bar. Wish we would have just eaten the grindz poolside, they looked flavorful. Don’t recommend.
$30 for scrambled eggs and orange juice? This restaurant is the only blemish at Turtle Bay. The breakfast is tasty, but the prices are not. We also had “dinner” one night, but the prices do not reflect breakfast hall atmosphere. So we got two appetizers and 1 drink-$75, ridiculous.
