Delicious and amazing! This is probably one of the best food trucks around, and I say that not just because they’re featured on Netflix! The bark butter kalbi melts in your mouth, and the garlic flavor is incredible! There were just a few pieces that weren’t as great, but overall, it was simply fantastic! You should definitely try it for yourself, but make sure to arrive early.

After seeing them on the Netflix special my wife and I had to pay them a visit. Get there early we missed out on the Poke but the salmon was amazing. Amazing family story and great food. So glad we got a chance to eat there.

I ordered the kalbi and fried poke combo, and it was absolutely delicious! The fish was perfectly cooked, and the kalbi was tender enough to eat with a fork. Both dishes had great flavor. The rice and mac salad were also very good and not overcooked at all. I saw the chef on "Street Food" on Netflix, and he is just as friendly in person as he appears on TV—I'm not sure how he manages that! It's impressive for someone who has gained such celebrity status to remain so approachable. I wish him all the best and can't wait to come back!

Bottom line... food was ok. Shrimp and fish dishes were so so. Nothing special. I took off 2 stars because one, musubi rice was only half cooked so hard to chew and two, we drove through crazy traffic to the north shore for so so food. Won't be going back.

The shrimp at Knock was good, and the service was pleasant. Perhaps I had set my expectations too high based on the Netflix show. Overall, it's worth a visit, but it's best to go before 11 o'clock, or else your options will be limited.
