Bidra med feedbackOne of the best vegan food I ever had. pays the fix price for vegan and had an incredible appetizer, escape and desert. there is only one option, but it is really good. can not go wrong.
A pretty delicious vegan prefix meal. The main note through the courses is Yuzu, so if you like a little bit of sour then this is for you.
The vegan Prix Fixe menu was rated cheaply compared to many of the other meat dishes on the menu. There is really only one option for each course, so not much space for mixing things up, but all we ate was delicious! We went with omnivore friends and the reviews were great everywhere.
As others have noticed, Beach House by Roy Yamaguchi is open air, right on the beautiful beach. Our family had no reservations, but after a 50-minute waiting time got a serviceable table at the bar. (We booked this trip in the last minute with minimal planning. The $49 vegan prix fixe (fixed price meal is nice and is too much food for a person. Do not let the unnecessarily dressed edamame give a false impression; the vegan Prix Fixe is delicious and perfectly seasoned, with each course arrival in the right moment. The fine rice powder used on the vegetables in the main course gives an irresistible subtle crunch, in which you just want to bite. (See further comments in the enclosed photo captions. We took some rest back to our room to enjoy later. (This would be a 5-star review if the restaurant was all vegan. Maybe in a few years when eating animals becomes a habit of the past... Note: Roy is not part of the hotel. Turtle Bay Resort, beautiful, although it is, unfortunately has few and uninspired vegan options in its Alaia restaurant and lobby bar. (There was even a dead fly in the “Thai” soup. There is a good vegan dinner up to 9 or 10 o'clock when you eat a burger: try the country sandwich (for no cheese at Seven Brothers; it is packed with a delicious selection of local Hawaiian veg, the domestic pommes are super, and it definitely has no milk (we had no allergic reaction). $49 for the best vegan falafel I have ever eaten, souse vide cauliflower in curry with black rice and Hawaiian potatoes, and fried banana bread with coconut ice cream, chocolate goose and cooked pineapple. All this with a magnificent view and excellent service! It's a lot of food, and they let us share it. Try the Ruby Sunrise Cocktail! Yum!
