36.line - Jurmala

If I understand correctly, this restaurant is a new version of the original 36 line place (which was actually located on line 36 in Lielupe). This is one of the three fine restaurants in the center of Jurmala, which are by the sea beach. New 36.line is very hard to maintain with its established reputation. At the same time, it is easier to go and more friendly. I like a 36.line better than the old one. The fact that it is new feels at, but it does not spoil the experience. The kitchen and the wines are perfect. The staff will not hesitate to tailor the dishes to the special taste of the guests. They also make very good cocktails. Bon appetit.

36 Line is a very romantic restaurant in Jurmala Latvia that deserves its very good reputation. The menu is very rich, the food is excellent, deserts are perfect and the portions served justify the prices. What is impressive in this restaurant is the respect for the guests. They use cloth napkins and waiters who treat the guest service very agréable. Our waiter Zigmar is very friendly and professional. Chef Lauris was very competent. Very recommended restaurant especially in summer time.

I expected wow effect, at least the prices were promising for something unusual, but only the view was right on the sea. Generally, overpriced, regular food, good location for sea lovers.

It’s my first time in Latvia… and I can say I was really impressed with the offering, from the appetizer to the grilled duck that was for the main course and the pavlova for dessert! Very delicious

At the entrance I asked very friendly for a table...i saw that the restaurant was almost emty!! The blond barbie lady on the entrance prefarred to do smalltalk with another guest and on the top she was talking on the phone when the guest left! Another girl beside her was also not asking me if i would love to eat!!! UNBELIEVEBLE!!! I left the restaurant after this incredibly arrogant behavior!
