Jurien Jetty Cafe - JURIEN BAY

I arrived at Amdweretold point after a 250km drive at 2:02pm, only to find out that the kitchen had just closed at 2pm. The staff were unhelpful and uninterested, and when I tried to order a drink with ice, I was told that the machine was broken. I would recommend not wasting your time at this place.

I inquired about the status of my coffee after waiting for 30 minutes and was met by the waitress with an attitude. I requested a refund and was then yelled at by her all the way to the parking lot. Never again.

This week several times sat at this new place. Had breakfast today and enjoyed the meal a lot. The service was ok, but a bit on the slow side, although it seems to be a lot of staff. Would you like to taste this place for dinner...although only for dinner open Friday and Saturday. Great location with views of the ridge and the sea. Recommended.

Staying at the attached chalet park we decided to go here for breakfast. Menu supplied in chalet different to the ones in the cafe. Waited at the counter while the lady in the kitchen busied herself no customers other than us) ..... waited waited...waited, nothing, no hello , no be with you in a second , no recognition at all. Went to other window servery area outside, still got ignored, so... good buy , we went else where , after reading other reviews pleased we did !

Unfortunately we were not impressed with the customer service at this cafe. Very rude and abrupt not only to us but others by the man behind the counter the ladies were much nicer and the food was average for the price quite bland and not...a lot of thought on how to bring a returning customer I would not go back
