I ordered a steak burrito bowl and was pleasantly surprised by the generous portion size. It's like a DIY Taco Bell where you can customize your own shells, quesadillas, burritos, and more. The quality was great and the prices were affordable. However, if you're looking for larger portions, you may want to try another restaurant.

This restaurant used to be known for their delicious supreme steak burrito with a superior red hot sauce, but recently they have been serving a different sauce that does not compare to the original Volcano brand sauce. The staff member working at the counter did not seem to know about the change. The red hot sauce was the reason I used to frequent this place, but now I will not be visiting again.

I usually love Pancheros. But my recent visit was terrible. The service was so slow, the people who worked behind the counter did not seem to be in a hurry at all. After they finally got food, they threw it together with bad portion sizes. Once I got the food, all the tables were disgusting and had to wash a table. Great!

Small portions, food is warm (bowls). Tables and dining area are absolutely dirty. I saw ants everywhere on the benches. The young adults who work here need supervision over adults
