Located in a small wooded valley with a clear view and a quiet environment. We went there mainly for the spa and we were not disappointed. Several saunas, hammams and jacuzzi. A large swimming pool overlooking the outside and numerous rest areas. On the other hand, we were very disappointed by the room (romantic superior) which, although large and equipped with a balcony, completely lacks charm with outdated furniture and non-existent decor. Very clean. Breakfast too expensive for the offer. Excellent restaurant. December price too high for the service. Not even a cookie in the room this Christmas time. Conclusion: the place is worth it for the setting, the restaurant and the spa. The rooms deserve to be redone.

The reputation of the establishment is no longer up to par... the services are not up to par. Is it really a 4 star? The staff is not very welcoming and smiling. By consulting the reviews (after the fact), we are not the first to note these negative points. It is a shame that these are not taken into consideration. Good restaurant but nothing more. For a four star it was extremely disappointing. We came for a day at the spa in August, if we had known we would have gone elsewhere. There was already no basket in my locker, I had to go back to reception on purpose to ask for one. The jacuzzi outside is nice but way too hot (especially since it was over thirty degrees), impossible to lower the temperature because you need a code that we don't have, as a result we couldn't stay there for more than ten minutes. We wanted to test the waterbed, it was already occupied by people who stayed there for more than two hours, no one to tell them to give way to other customers. We then went to the indoor swimming pool to relax on the sun loungers, there was a huge puddle of water next to my chair which remained there all afternoon, although there were staff who passed by over there, no one to come and clean it. We had taken the “gourmet spa” option with three courses available (while the restaurant offers a four-course menu, frankly) Already the waiter took a long time to come and take our order, although there was not yet a lot of people, but he was too busy chatting with his colleagues. At one point a waiter comes back from the terrace and YELLS “does anyone speak English? » in front of everyone, really unprofessional. A waiter came back with our drinks and a bottle of water that we had ordered, he opened it and left, not even able to serve us a glass (for a four star! Even in a brasserie you get better service). The starter was good but the portions were ridiculously small. For the main dish, the meat was rubbery, impossible to cut or chew it, we left it on the plate. The dessert was good, but nothing more. For a day at such a high price, we expected something exceptional, but we went from disappointment to disappointment. An establishment that certainly does not deserve its four stars.
