My husband ordered a lunchbox for him as a vegetarian option, he ordered a Temporá with brown rice, beans, mashed sweet potatoes and salad which cost him R$27, which I thought was extremely expensive given the amount of food. But instead of Temporá, there was an omelet. At the time he sent a message to the restaurant, they viewed it and they didn't respond. The next day he sent it again, they viewed it again and instead of responding apologizing for the mistake, no! They simply ignored it and even sent the menu. And another time, the menu had yakisoba that I wanted to eat. It was extremely salty, impossible to eat. I didn't complain. If I had complained, the same thing would have happened. I don't advise anyone to buy there. Very disrespectful to the customer in these types of situations. And apart from the fact that they said that the motorcycle courier was already waiting at the condominium where I live, he hadn't even arrived. I kept waiting.
