Qdoba - Junction City

I had never heard of this chain before, but decided to try it out as there were only three restaurants near my hotel in Mexico. I was pleasantly surprised by the vegan options available, such as the veggie tacos without cheese and the build-your-own bowl with rice, beans, salad, and grilled vegetables. The staff assured me that there were no hidden animal products used in the preparation of the food. I enjoyed the veggie tacos on corn tortillas, they were delicious. While I don't usually eat fast food at home, it's nice to have a reliable option when traveling.
