I was delighted to come across this charming coffee truck and was pleasantly surprised to discover they offered non-dairy milk alternatives.

I was in junction in south llano river state park and ran over this jewel of a coffee car! the barista was super friendly and the coffee was amazing! I'm sad that I had to go and not in a position to pack another cup before I went home. I recommend when they are in town.

Every time I drive on the I-10, I make sure to stop by this restaurant for either their hot latte or chai latte. They also offer delicious baked goods like muffins and biscotti. It's a charming little town to pass through as well!

I found this coffee shop on Google cards and thought it sounded great (a few minutes from our route, long trip from the state) and it wasn't even where it said it would be, though it said it was open! to another place to the coffee.
